Stay Away from Sugar
This includes stevia, brown sugar and white sugar. You don’t want to eat sugars that spike your blood and pack on fat. After all, you’re trying to lead a healthier life and lose weight. Work Out with a Friend
Exercise is a lot more fun when you have a workout buddy to rely on. You can find one or more friends who enjoy working out who can help keep you motivated and moving forward. Stay away from friends that are lazy and not really into the healthy life.
